Upstream Selected as One of Top 25 Fastest-Growing Digital Companies at the 2011 Media Momentum Awards

LONDON, UK and BARCELONA, SPAIN 18 MAY 2011 – The GP Bullhound Media Momentum Awards 2011 has named Upstream, the global mobile marketing solutions provider, as one of the top 25 fastest-growing digital companies in Europe. The prestigious annual awards, this year held in the W Hotel, Barcelona, recognise the achievement of Europe’s digital businesses and celebrate innovation in this fast-growing sector.

The Media Momentum Awards identify companies which have seen the most significant growth over a three-year period. Previous companies recognised by the awards include SeatwaveSpotify, the Perform Groupand Net-a-Porter.

The CEO Summit, held in Barcelona tomorrow, will include speeches and presentations from esteemed digital executives including Xavier Court, Founder of vente-privee.com; Lars Hinrichs, Founder of Xing; Mark Read, CEO of WPP Digital; and Mark Sebba, CEO of NET-A-PORTER. The results, naming and ranking the fastest-growing larger companies, will be announced tomorrow evening at the awards ceremony.
